With welan.lu, Eppelduerfer a.s.b.l. brings one of Luxembourg's biggest LAN parties to the sports hall in Medernach from November 1st to November 3rd. For this, the soccer goal is replaced with tables, chairs, electricity, and network infrastructure for up to 100 gamers.

Gamers are responsible for the gaming setup (tower, screen, keyboard, mouse, plug strip, 10m LAN cable, gaming chair, etc.) and the sleeping place (field bed, sleeping bag, etc.).
For groups Come as a group of 5 gamers or more and take advantage of a wallet credit for food and drinks. For 5-9 gamers get 5 € per gamer, 10-14 gamers 10 € per gamer, 15-24 gamers 15 € per gamer and for 25+ gamers get 20 € per gamer. For this, the group must register with the organizer (contact@eppelduerfer.lu) one week before the event and submit a list of their gamers (first and last name). Only gamers on the list who have reserved their place a week before the event and paid the entry fee are eligible for the bonus.
For guests The site is also accessible to guests for an entrance fee of 10 € per person, with the entrance you receive a 10 € non-refundable drink voucher. Admission is free for children under 12 years of age.
